UMA Capital is a team of highly professional specialists in commercial real estate management and building maintenance. We have an individual approach to communication with each Tenant and do everything for your comfortable stay in our Business Centers.
Development
Website developed in collaboration with Fancy Interactive. Based on the provided design, Optima.agency made its adaptive layout, and also implemented the software part. At the request of the customer, CMS WordPress was used.
This CMS does not have the necessary functionality, so we have developed additional plugins, and also made changes to the content management system (CMS) core.
Opportunities for users
The possibility of visual placement of free offices according to the floor plan was realized. For each floor, a visual plan was loaded with the possibility of visual selection on a 3D model.
Each potential tenant can apply for the desired premises through the website.
Multilingual
The modified administrative panel of the site allows you to make content in two languages: Russian and English.
Site visitors can switch the language at any time. The website is able to automatically detect the language of the user’s operating system, and accordingly display content in the desired language.
